Compañía Criolla is to interpret El brote in the La Salita hall of the Auditorio de Tenerife. This Argentine production has been shown abroad, with performances in Chile, Uruguay, the United States, Colombia, Spain and Sweden. The script, published by Editorial Atuel, is now in its second edition.

Compañía Criolla presents this show after its thundering success in Buenos Aires, where it garnered public and critical acclaim. Its accolades include two A.C.E. Awards, two Estrella de Mar Awards, two María Guerrero Awards, two awards from Escuela de Espectadores, a Trinidad Guevara Award bestowed by Argentina’s Ministry of Culture and a FLORENCIO Award (Uruguay) to the best foreign production. After its run at Teatro Auditorium de la Ciudad de Mar del Plata in Buenos Aires, cultural authorities declared the work to be of cultural interest.
