Pastora Soler (1978) was born in Coria del Río in the province of Seville. Her inimitable talent and style are largely the result of her involvement in music from an early age. Her passion for art began with the Spanish singing style known as copla, which is evident in many of her recordings. In the last 30 years, she has collaborated with well-known figures including Raphael, David Bisbal, Alejandro Sánz, Malú, Vanesa Martín and Manuel Carrasco. Although her first recording ‘Nuestras coplas’ was released in 1994, it was her third album ‘Fuente de luna’ (1999) that catapulted her to fame in her homeland and abroad, especially the hit song ‘Dámelo ya’. She consolidated her artistic profile in the 2000s with her unmistakable long red hair, vocal talent and stage presence. Her 2005 release ‘Pastora Soler’ went gold and received multiple awards, including the prestigious Dial Award.

Since then, she has continued garnering acclaim in Spain and abroad, receiving several awards such as the Senado Award for Female Artists and the Music Award, both in 2008. She has also appeared on television, representing Spain in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with her hit ‘Quédate conmigo’, in which she finished tenth among 26 contestants, as a panel member of the talent show ‘Número Uno’ (2013) and as guest artist on ‘Tu Cara me Suena’ (2024), in which she paid tribute to Lady Gaga. After overcoming health issues and career problems, she re-emerged in 2017 with new releases and the album ‘La calma’, which was her first best-seller in Spain. This was followed by ‘Sentir’ (2019) and ‘Libra’ (2022). On 15 November 2024, she released ‘30’, which includes the new single ‘30 veces’ and some of her greatest hits, among other surprises.
