The sale opens on Thursday, 6 May 2021 for season-ticket holders and on Tuesday, 11 May 2021 for the general public.

The Auditorio de Tenerife has increased its capacity in compliance with the regulations of the Canary Island’s Government. The capacity increase has been approved by AENOR, which certifies the Auditorium’s Contingency Plan against COVID-19. This means that the total capacity of our Symphony Hall is 40%.

The sales plan for this show is hence fixed. During the purchase process, the user will have to choose between one or two pre-set seats distributed throughout the hall. If you want to buy a single ticket and the pre-set seats are sold out, please contact the box office.

This change comes after eleven months during which Auditorio de Tenerife has guaranteed a stable and secure cultural programme.

Due to the current circumstances, concerts will be held without an intermission.

Access is only allowed to children over five years of age.

Ticket sales close two hours before the start of the show to finish setting up the hall and ensure that our audience has a completely safe experience.

The purchase of a ticket also entails unconditional acceptance by the user, without exception or reservation, of the measures implemented by the Auditorio de Tenerife to combat the spread of COVID-19, such as the correct use of masks and the attendance to the event only with people you live with.
