Buying tickets

Ticket sales close 15 minutes before the start of the show. Currently the safety distance between cohabitation cores is one seat on both sides.You can buy tickets for our shows:

Box Office

Following the pandemic prevention measures, and depending on the alert levels decreed on each island by the Canary Islands Government, the box office only opens by appointment on level 4. During alert levels 1, 2 and 3, we also recommend appointments to avoid waiting times. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, except for public holidays.

The box office is located in the main hall, next to the Bistro area. It is signposted with the word "Taquilla" on the top.

Tickets can be purchased until 15 minutes before each show.

- To avoid crowds at the box office and in line with the Auditorium's regulations, priority will be given to users who come to collect or purchase tickets for the day's show.

- To collect your tickets during the box office opening hours, we recommend that you arrive in good time. The start of a show will not be delayed for this reason, nor will access to the hall be allowed once the show has begun.

- The box office does not guarantee giving change of 200 and 500-euro banknotes.

- To collect your ticket from the box office, you need to provide the confirmation email or online order number, plus the ID of the person who made the purchase. To collect the ticket on behalf of another person, an authorisation and ID must be presented.

Telephone sales are subject to a €1 surcharge on top of the ticket price for the call centre management. 


The sales plan for this show is fixed. During the purchase process, the user will have to choose between one or two pre-set seats distributed throughout the hall. For family shows, we will offer groups of two, three and four seats. If you want to buy a single ticket and the pre-set seats are sold out, please contact the box office.

Internet sales are subject to a €1 surcharge on top of the ticket price for the ticket platform management. 

You can print your ticket at home, take it with you in passbook, pass wallet format or collect it at the Auditorium's box office up to two hours before the show.

Remember that you can only buy several tickets if they are for people you live with.

Buying the tickets implies the user unconditionally accepts the measures implemented by Auditorio de Tenerife to deal with the prevention of COVID-19. Accepting the following statement of responsibility when buying your ticket is absolutely necessary to be able to enter the building. Remember to follow the prevention measures in place

Keep the recommended safe distance at all times.

Come with your mask and wear it correctly fitted at all times. The use of the mask is compulsory for the public, according to the Auditorio de Tenerife's COVID-19 Contagion Prevention Plan, certified by AENOR.

Avoid touching objects and follow hygiene practices, especially handwashing.

Follow the indications on the signs and from the front of house staff.

Throw the waste at the points provided.

We cannot print event programmes. Please check them in our website, through the QR-codes shown on totem signs of our hall, or check them out in the email that we sent you.


Before coming

If you feel or have any symptoms (cough, fever, breathing difficulty), it is best for you to stay at home and see your doctor. We’ll have the chance to meet again soon.

Please come at least 15 minutes before your seating time, which will depend on the row of your seat and will be indicated on the ticket if you buy online and in the mail you will receive the day before the performance. To enter the auditorium with full safety guarantees, we will need to do it gradually, which can take longer than usual. You need to pay attention to the PA system and the front of house staff that will let you know when you can go into the auditorium.

Arriving and entering the auditorium

Depending on the measures adopted by the Government of the Canary Islands, at the time of access to the building for shows in January 2022 you will be required to provide: COVID-19 certificate with complete vaccination schedule, negative diagnostic test of active infection carried out in the last 48 hours in a legally authorised laboratory (self-tests are not included) or an official certificate proving that you have overcome the infection between 11 and 180 days prior to the event. With any of these three options we will also ask for a personal identification document. This will apply to members of the public aged 12 years and 3 months and over. Using the Car Park

To drive into the car park please carefully follow the instructions on the ticket vending machine. If you have any questions, please ask Auditorio de Tenerife staff.

We recommend the pre-pay option at the car park. Try to avoid mass gatherings of people and keep a safe distance.

Parking space: to keep a safe distance and avoid mass gatherings, please remember to carefully follow the information panels and to stay in the car park only the necessary time (avoid stopping for a chat).

People with very reduced mobility. They can come in straight from the square outside to the nearest door on the Port side. 

The lift

Remember the lift can only be used by one person at a time. You will see the signs to go up or down. Using the stairs is recommended to avoid gatherings in common areas.

Using the toilets

Follow the signs to use the toilets and observe the capacity indicated. If you have any doubts, please ask our front of house staff. Use is restricted to before or after the show.


Entering the auditorium

Entering the auditorium will be done gradually by sections of rows or seats. Please pay attention to the PA system so you can enter at the right time.

During the show

Avoid leaving the auditorium. We cannot allow admission during the show.

Wear your mask correctly all the time and enjoy!

When the show finishes

Wait for the staff to indicate you can leave. Leaving is done gradually, like entering. Remember to keep responsible habits and keep a safe distance.
