Helena Lizari
Dancer and choreographer. A movement and psychomotricity teacher. She holds a degree in theories and analysis of movement, dance studies and performance from the AHK in Amsterdam. She has studied with Jeremy Nelson, Stephen Petronius, Meg Stuart, David Zambrano, Trisha Brown,Cía. Merce Cunningham, Wim Vandekeybus, Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker, Lloyd Nweson (DV8), Susan Klein and Stephanie Skura, among others. She has a long career in contemporary dance, both as a creator and in teaching.
She has worked with different choreographers such as Charles Corneille y Merkx, Marcelo Evelin, Angelika Oei, Katrina Brown, among others, and also with the film director Peter Greenaway.
With a long trajectory as an independent creator, she has presented her work on different international stages. Among her creations we can highlight: El baile no acaba aquí (The dance doesn´t end here), Walk Me, Please Exit(s), Soufflé, La inmediatez de la Presencia Pura (The immediacy of pure presence), with Carlos Osatinsky and Fernando Pellicioli), Winners and Velocidad Personal (Personal speed).
She has worked with Ana Eulate (Compañía Pendiente) on the piece De un papel blanco.
She was guest choreographer on the international stage practice project LEIM (Dance Leadership Project) 2014, with the creation of the interactive performance Walk Me, presented at the Mercat de les Flors, as part of the IDN Festival - IMAGE, DANCE AND NEW MEDIA 2015.
She has taught classes at the SNDO in Amsterdam and other schools in Europe, as well as in Barcelona (Theatre Institute of Barcelona, La Caldera dance studios, La Poderosa, AREA, Ramón Solé, Olga Tragant, EOLIA Higher School of Dramatic Art in Barcelona, among others).
She has collaborated on creation and dance projects in schools, in different schools in Europe. She has given movement classes to children at the Helicon school in Holland. She is part of the team of the SUDANSA Artistic and Cultural Association which creates programmes to develop choreographic practices in nursery, primary and secondary schools in Catalonia. She has also been part of the TAS- Mercat de les Flors programme, which disseminates Health and Eating Habits at secondary schools.
She is part of TROCAS, the Pedagogical training programme through dance, and taught teacher training classes through dance, aimed at educators in pre-school, primary and secondary educators organised by the Mercat de les Flors and Brazil.
She is a specialised therapist in the Feldenkrais-ChildSpace Method, which includes studies in Neurology, Psychology, Communication and Observation of the roles of child development, specialising in children with motor problems.
She is currently collaborating with Laida Aldaz on the show KIROLAK, presented at Dantza Hirian 2016 and the festival DNA 2016, Sortutakoak 2017 and Festival Danzad Malditos 2017, Festival DNA 2018, Kultur "018.
The children´s show MALEBABLE was shown at the Mercat de les Flors, Festival El Més Petit de Tots 2017, at the circus tent La Vela at l L¨Estruch de Sabadell and at La Casa Encendida in Madrid, as part of the 2017 International Weeks of Theatre-Educational Action, where she also gave teacher training classes, among others.
Junyi Sun
Best Dancer award with Dancing with Frogs by the company Sol Picó (2018 Critics' Awards) and Newcomer Award with Kyla, directed by Adrian Devant (2015 Critics' Awards). Junyi began in martial arts and he has participated in several projects in the world of film, television and theatre. As a dancer he has worked with several companies and artists such as Toni Mira, SenZaTemPo (Nominee for best male performer for EDEN CLUB, 2018 MAX Awards), Vero Cendoya, Roberto G. Alonso, Helena Lizari, la Compagnie du Sarment, Jérôme Bel, among others. He has also collaborated with Sharon Fridman, Mikhail Baryshnikov, the company Lataimada and the Béjart Ballet Lausanne.
Pepa Martínez
A designer and costume designer for performing arts, film, TV and advertising. She studies fashion design and fine arts. She worked for many years as a costume designer for the Nederlandse Opera in Amsterdam. She has collaborated with several dance, theatre and film directors, including Peter Greenaway. Her latest collaborations include assisting the designer Carlos Mota. In dance she has worked with David Zambrano, Els Slovaks, and the AHK school in Amsterdam, among others. She collaborated in past productions with Helena Lizari.
Carlos Parada
Lighting and sound technician. With experience on the dance and theatre scene, he has worked in different theatres such as the Antic Teatre and for different companies such as María Antonia Oliver, Conde de Torrefiel, among others.
He participates in the CHOREOSCOPE International Film Festival.
He collaborated in past productions with Helena Lizari.
Miguel Ruiz
He studied architecture and stage design. He has a long trajectory as a stage designer. He works on a regular basis with Toni Mira, Nas Nuts and Mons Dansa.He collaborates with other companies such as Senza Tempo, Raravis, Andres Corchero, Rosa Muñoz and Projecte Gallina, among others. He has produced the stage design for different events such as the Procession of Sant Cugat del Vallés, Nasty Mondays and Nasty Garage for the Sala Apolo in Barcelona, among others.
