Numacircuit residencia

The Auditorium of Tenerife is hosting the end of residency exhibition of the project Revelar un lugar. Fisuras temporales (Revealing a place. Fissures in time) by NUMAcircuit.

This year, the 14^th edition of NUMAcircuit is taking place, the platform for the creation and dissemination of new forms of artistic expression. Maintaining the main aim of providing a space and audience to artists who engage in communicating with contemporary or experimental languages, encouraging the emergence of projects and collaborations between artists through its own production activities, and also invigorating the regional and national circuit of avant-garde art.

Revealing a place is a contemporary stage research project by Carlota Mantecón (dancer and choreographer) and Luz Prado (violinist, improviser and musicao) that has been going for a long time, it began to take form in different outdoor spaces in 2021. During this residency, which will take place at the Auditorium of Tenerife, the aim is to transfer the research to the black cube as a new space for beginning to create a stage piece. In order to build it in a multidisciplinary way, they have extended the work team inviting different profiles to think and collaborate with them. The team is joined by Javier Caldas (visual artist), PABLO CONTRERAS (sound designer) and Dimas Cedrés (lighting designer).
