La Salita

The Auditorio de Tenerife launches its theatrical programming with La Salita, a newly inaugurated space for the interpretation of local, national and international performing arts. This new initiative is chiefly focussed on text-based theatre.

The programming is representative of political theatre, with contemporary interpretations and social commentary. The name of Castillo Hall has been changed to La Salita for this new and meaningful undertaking of Auditorio de Tenerife.

In addition to providing entertainment for people of all ages, including families and children, La Salita will be used for activities such as artist residencies, training programmes, in-house productions, theatrical readings, and drama-research workshops. These performances and activities constitute another step forward in Tenerife Auditorium's full-spectrum approach over the last two decades and its involvement throughout the value chain of live performances.
