SAFETY AND PREVENTION MEASURES
In compliance with the regulations of the Spanish Government, the Government of the Canary Islands and endorsed by AENOR, the Auditorio de Tenerife continues to implement safety and prevention measures to combat the spread of COVID-19. In this way, the purchase of tickets for our shows implies the unconditional acceptance by the user of the content of the measures implemented by Auditorio de Tenerife, without exception or reservation.
Measures adopted by Auditorio de Tenerife
We have hand-disinfection points throughout the building, we constantly keep the common areas and halls clean, we have forced air renewal, which always comes from outside and operates regardless of shows taking place in the halls. The use of the mask is not mandatory but responsible use is recommended.
We kindly request the audience to follow the signage and staff instructions. Once the show has finished, we also recommend leaving the halls in staggered "waves".
We do not print programs, but you can check them on our website under each event or using the QR codes that appear in the display totems.
Please access the car park by following the instructions on the ticket vending machine. If you have any questions, please ask our staff.
We recommend the prepaid parking option.
Persons with severely reduced mobility can directly access the Auditorium through the outer road (plaza) and reach the nearest access point on the port side.
For people with reduced mobility, the Auditorio de Tenerife offers access to the hall by lift. Please ask for this service at the staff/office access in the car park.
You can find a wide range of products in the shop of Auditorio de Tenerife. It has the same opening hours as the box office.
