The same clash between two rival families and the tragic end of the two lovers which inspired Shakespeare’s tragedy Romeo and Juliet, is the base for the Bellini’s opera we are bringing to you this year through Ópera (e)Studio, Ópera de Tenerife’s comprehensive training academy.
A lyrical concert where Tenerife Symphony Orchestra, rather than staying in the pit, will be sharing the stage with the singers to bring Opera closer to young audiences, who will have the chance to play an active role and sing along from their seats in some of the sections of Bellini’s work.
