The French countertenor Philippe Jaroussky, a leading lyrical singer, will offer alongside Thibaut García (guitar) the programme with which he is currently touring internationally – a tour that coincides with his latest album with Warner Music including works from all eras.
In fact, two hallmarks of his career are his broad repertoire and his extensive track record in terms of albums released. He is also a great musical researcher who has contributed to the appreciation of numerous authors.
He regularly works with some of the best Baroque groups in the most prestigious venues and festivals in the world. He founded, in 2002, the Ensemble Artaserse and regularly performs with them throughout Europe. He also made his debut as a conductor with said group. Among other milestones in his career, we cannot forget that he inaugurated the new Elb Philharmonie in Hamburg in 2017, where he was invited as the first resident artist.
