Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis
The Auditorio de Tenerife welcomes four concerts during the Festival Internacional Canarias Jazz & Más.
The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, led by Wynton Marsalis, is made up of 15 of the finest soloists, ensemble players, and arrangers in jazz music today. Under the leadership of Wynton Marsalis, general and artistic director, this remarkably versatile band performs a vast repertoire that ranges from original compositions and commissioned works to exceptional historical compositions and masterpieces.
Under the leadership of Marsalis, the JLCO spends over a third of the year on tour. The big band presents a rich repertoire that includes exceptional historical compositions of Duke Ellington; Count Basie; Fletcher Henderson; Thelonious Monk; Mary Lou Williams; Billy Strayhorn; Dizzy Gillespie; Benny Goodman; Charles Mingus; Chick Corea; Oliver Nelson and many more. The repertoire includes commissioned works with compositions and arrangements by Duke Ellington; Count Basie; Fletcher Henderson; Thelonious Monk; Mary Lou Williams; Billy Strayhorn; Dizzy Gillespie; Benny Goodman; Charles Mingus; Chick Corea; Oliver Nelson; and many more. Likewise, it features works by current and previous members like Wycliffe Gordon, Ted Nash, Victor Goines, Sherman Irby, Chris Crenshaw and Carlos Henriquez.

Get one ticket package and enjoy the three concerts offered by Auditorio de Tenerife during the Festival Canarias Jazz & Más. While purchasing your tickets, you can buy two ticket packages at the same time. However, ticket packages and single tickets cannot be combined.
We have increased the capacity. During the purchase process, the user will have to choose between one or two pre-set seats distributed throughout the hall. Ticket sales close one hour before the start of the show to finish setting up the hall and ensure that our audience has a completely safe experience.
