MAKING AN APPOINTMENT STEP BY STEP
Following the prevention measures for COVID-19, and the alert levels decreed by the Canary Islands Government on each island, the ticket office is only open by appointment on level 4, although its use is recommended to avoid waiting times on levels 1, 2 and 3. The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 hours and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 hours, except public holidays.
Appointments can be made online or by calling 922 568 625 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00, except public holidays.
If you choose to do it online, follow the steps below to make it even easier:
Then select the option ‘Ventas, devoluciones y otros trámites’.
A new column will open with the dates available.
Choose the date that suits you best and then the time.
Click on Continuar, at the bottom.
Next, fill in your personal details (all the fields are required to give you the best possible service)
In ‘Modo de atención’, choose the option ‘Presencial’ (if you’re coming for a ticket refund) or 'Telefónico' if you prefer this method for any other matter.
In the field ‘Observaciones’, please read the indications.
In the field ‘Asunto’, please tell us what you wish to do:
- Getting a refund on tickets for cancelled events (if so, please tell us the event or events in question including the row and seat)
- Buying tickets (when we resume performances)
- Other matters
Once you’ve entered all the information, please click on ‘Enviar’
After completing the form you will see a summary of your details. The appointment will still need to be confirmed by us.
When we confirm the appointment you will get a confirmation email.
If you wish to cancel your appointment you can do so via the link in the same confirmation email.
