How to renew or buy new packages

You can renew your package at the box office or on 902 317 327.

To introduce a new subscriber and enjoy the “First timers” offer please come to the box office.

At the box office

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10 to 19:30 h. Except holidays*.
Whether you are renewing or getting a new package you must come with your ID card and fill in a form we will give you.

If you are purchasing a package for another user, you must come with a signed authorization and a photocopy of the ID card of this person.

If you are renewing your package you must bring your old one.

You can pay cash or by card.

Once all the process is complete you will be told when you can come to pick your card up.

If you are paying direct debit you must fill in an authorization we will give you at the box office. We need your personal details and bank account details to activate it.

If you are just renewing your package you can do so by phone.

All we need is your ID card number.

You can fill in your package holder form when you come to pick your card up.

You can pay with credit card.

*It will open two hours before the beginning of a show serving first people who are buying tickets for the day show. The box office is in the main hall of the Auditorio, next to the Bistró.

If you are subscribed to Saturday shows you can come by bus for free. (must book in advance).
