Vienna Chamber Orchestra
The 34th Canaries International Music Festival starts on 11 January in Fuerteventura to then go on to Gran Canaria and Tenerife. On this occasion, one of the most prestigious groups in Austria, Vienna Chamber Orchestra, will be performing under the baton of Dalibor Karvay, who will also be leader. Their offer includes Little Suite for Strings by C. Nielsen, J. S. Bach’s Violin Sonata nº1 and the Violin Concerto Distant Light by P. Vasks. But another star will be shining at the Concert Hall, pianist Iván Martín, who has a superb career. He will perform a work by J. S. Bach, el Concerto nº1 in D minor. This will be a most pleasant experience for spectators who will have the chance to enjoy a concert ranging across different periods.
