Famous British conductor Paul McCreesh is one of the most distinguished world figures in historically informed performance ever since two decades ago, he founded the paradigmatic The Gabrieli Consort & Players. Far from restricting to this repertoire, like many of his colleagues McCreesh also likes to go across the border to offer a renewed different view on the 19th and 20th centuries’ repertoires. Great Britain is the thread in this proposal, which includes Scottish Symphony by Felix Mendelssohn, Serenade in E minor by Edward Elgar and Benjamin Britten’s Nocturne. For this beautiful evocative vocal piece, the OST welcomes a great promising British singer, tenor Stuart Jackson, an eminently versatile talent who is in demand for both the 18th and 20th centuries’ repertoires.

Concert included in the  Season Package and Package 9. These packages are no longer available.

The next OST Package on sale: Spring Package (from 20 December 2017 to 15 March 2018), please see  here  the concerts included in this package.
